What are loyalty cards?
We’ve partnered with SM Advantage, SM Prestige, BDO Rewards, Mom Card, Love Your Body, Stationery, and Ace Rewards to allow you to earn loyalty points every time you purchase products from ShopSM. To earn points, make sure to go to the My Account > My Loyalty Cards section of your profile to add your loyalty card before you make your purchase. The number of points you will earn for each transaction is reflected in your order summary during check-out.
How many points do I earn per transaction?
Our partners from SM Advantage, SM Prestige, and BDO Rewards have existing points per amount conversion. Shopping at ShopSM will also give you the same number of points depending on the total amount of purchase, after discounts and promotions.

I shopped online, but my points have not been credited to my loyalty card yet. What should I do?
Loyalty points shall be credited once the transaction has been delivered and completed according to the timeline set by SM Advantage and BDO Rewards. Should you need to inquire about your points, please send us a chat via ShopSM.com or a message via our ShopSM official Facebook Messenger.
