What shipping options are available?
You have two options to receive your order. You may opt to pick-up the item at one of our Click & Collect locations or you can have the order delivered to your nominated shipping address.
For delivery, you can opt to pay using any of our payment methods – credit card, debit card or cash on delivery. Meanwhile, for Click & Collect, we also credit and debit card payment options as well as Cash on Delivery (Pay in Store).
If I choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method, can I open/check my order upon delivery by courier before releasing payment to courier?
As per standard policy, courier does not allow open checking. Once delivered, customer should pay the order. If found to be incorrect, kindly proceed to file a return request for proper handling.
Does ShopSM charge fees for shipping?
ShopSM charges fees for shipping depending on location and dimensions and weight of your item. We have base shipping rates of P49 for Metro Manila and Luzon and P149 for Visayas and Mindanao. Additional fees will apply depending on volumetric weight.
Where can I check the fees that I will be charged for shipping?
During the checkout process, you will be able to find the chargeable shipping fee in the order summary. This may still change depending on the final delivery location you indicate in the Shipping Details.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
If you select Store Pick-up, your order should arrive at your preferred store within the number of days listed below:
