Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, brandy and ground cinnamon. Pour in a baking dish.
- Using a separate large bowl, make a coarse crumb mixture out of the crumble mixture. Top apples with mixture and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Top with vanilla ice cream.
