Procedure:
- Preheat the oven at 375°F.
- In a baking dish, line the baking sheet with foil. Add fish fillet, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Using a small bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice and minced garlic. Pour the lemon sauce on top of the fish fillet.
- Baked for 25 minutes. Baste with sauce while cooking.
