1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
2. In a cooking pot, add 2L of water. Boil the Gnocchi according to the packet directions. Set aside.
For the sauce:
3. In a large sauce skillet, sauté onion and garlic cloves. Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and cinnamon. Add cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Cooked for 5 minutes.
4. Remove sauce from heat and transfer in a large pot. Add basil, parsley, and heavy cream. Stir to mix the sauce and the Gnocchi.
5. In a baking tray, pour gnocchi with the sauce and add mozzarella cheese on top. Baked for 15 minutes.
6. Remove baked gnocchi. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of basil and parsley.
