1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a baking dish, grease a light layer of cooking spray and add pineapple rings in an even layer.
3. Season both sides of Salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place the Salmon on top of sliced pineapples.
4. In a bowl, add melted butter, sweet chili sauce, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, grated ginger and sesame oil. Glaze all over salmon fillet.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes until the fish is slightly golden.
6.Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
