Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. beef steak sliced into ½ inch strips
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper deseeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 green or yellow bell pepper deseeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 medium onion peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • warmed tortilla
Procedure:
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.Place steak strips into the marinade and refrigerate for two to four hours.
  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat, cook and stir beef until all liquid is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.  Set aside.
  1. Using the same pan, add in cooking oil. Place the sliced onions, bell peppers and a pinch of salt. Cook until soft.
  1. Add the cooked beef steak to the fajita veggies and toss to combine. 
  1. Best served with warmed tortilla.
