Procedure:
- Cook chicken nuggets according to package directions. Set aside.
- Cut carrot and celery stalk into 4 inch matchsticks. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken nuggets and hot pepper sauce. Toss to coat chicken nuggets.
- Place nori sheet on a bamboo sushi rolling mat then spread rice to the nori. Leave 1/2 inch strip on one edge.
- Arrange nuggets, carrot and celery near the one edge of the rice.
- Use the mat to lift the edge near the filling and roll tightly around the ingredients.
- Moisten the remaining edge of the nori to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Cut each roll into 8 slices and top with your choice of mayonnaise or sushi dip.
