Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon green olives
Procedure:
- In a large bowl mix flour, lemon zest, salt and pepper then coat chicken in the mixture.
- Over a medium high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken for 5 minutes each side. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, add butter and flour. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, white wine and green olives. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of parsley. Best served with pasta.
