Ingredients:
  • 500g pink salmon steak
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 125ml all purpose cream
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high.
  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes each side. Set aside.
  1. Using the same skillet, add butter, garlic, white wine and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
  1. Add all purpose cream and simmer while stirring occasionally. Add parmesan cheese, spinach leaves, salt and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3 minutes.
  1. Sprinkle parsley and spoon the sauce over each fillet.
