Ingredients:

  •  500g pork chop
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pork cube seasoning
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/2 cup all purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Procedure:

  1. Using a large bowl, add the all purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid seasoning, salt and pepper. Whisk together and season generously. Coat pork chops in the mixture.
  1. In a large pan, add the butter. Cook pork chops for 4 minutes per side. Set aside.
  1. Using a different pan, add butter and the minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add flour to the butter mixture and blend it well. 
  1. Add wine, pork cube seasoning, all purpose cream, lemon juice, fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  1. Return pork chops to pan. Drizzle sauce over pork chops and reheat for 3 minutes.
