Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
- 1/2 cup all purpose cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Procedure:
- Using a large bowl, add the all purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid seasoning, salt and pepper. Whisk together and season generously. Coat pork chops in the mixture.
- In a large pan, add the butter. Cook pork chops for 4 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Using a different pan, add butter and the minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add flour to the butter mixture and blend it well.
- Add wine, pork cube seasoning, all purpose cream, lemon juice, fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return pork chops to pan. Drizzle sauce over pork chops and reheat for 3 minutes.
