Ingredients:
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 1 can condensed milk
Procedure:
  1.  Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the cinnamon powder.
  1. Combine rice and 1 cup of water in a blender; blend to the consistency of sand. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the cinnamon water. Cover for 6 hours.
  1. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve twice. Add 6 cups of water and condensed milk. Serve over ice.
