Ingredients
- Bounty Fresh Chicken Thigh and/or Breast Fillet Cut-ups
- 450g of Bacon sliced in half
- ¼ cup of Maple Syrup Marinade
- 3 tbsp of Chili Garlic Paste
- ¼ cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together. Add in the Bounty Fresh Chicken Thigh and/or Breast Fillet Cut-ups. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Pull out the chicken and drain out excess marinade. Wrap each in bacon and secure using a toothpick. Set in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
- Place your chicken wrapped bacon onto the pan to cook. Once the chicken is cooked, pull it off and sear for 1 minute per side basting with the maple syrup. Once done, pull off and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Pull out the toothpick. Eat and enjoy!
