Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 2 tablespoon hot water
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
Procedure:
  1. Mix matcha powder and hot water in a small bowl.
  1. Using a blender, combine honey, matcha tea, almond milk, and ice. Blend for 30 seconds.
  1. In a tall glass, pour over cooked tapioca pearls and blended matcha tea.
