- Bounty Fresh Chicken Giniling
- 1 large Bounty Fresh Premium Egg
Procedure
- Season the Bounty Fresh Chicken Giniling with salt and pepper. Add in the carrots, onions, egg, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Mixed altogether until well blended.
- Place 2 to 3 tbsp of filling at one end of the lumpia wrapper and roll until the middle. Fold the sides inwards and roll-up until completely wrapped. Wet the edges of the lumpia wrapper with water to seal.
- In a pan at medium heat, add enough oil to deep fry the lumpia.
- Fry each side of the lumpia for 5 -7 minutes each or until golden brown.
- Place these on a rack or kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
