Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ½ cup grated queso de bola
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Using a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cashews, sugar, salt and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture in a baking pan. Chill until ready to fill.
- Using a stand mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, grated queso de bola and beat in eggs. Pour in the baking pan. Spread evenly.
- Bake cheesecake for 40 minutes.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
- Transfer cheesecake in your desired cake stand. Add some mixed berries.
