1. Season pork cutlets with salt, pepper, onion and cinnamon powders.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add butter and seasoned pork cutlets. Cook each side for 3 minutes. Set aside.
3. Add sliced apples and onions into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Add chicken cubes, mustard and rosemary.
5. Return pork cutlets to skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Remove heat. Garnish with fresh herbs.
