Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoon green onions
- 2 tablespoon crushed chili
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pepper, wine , fish sauce, orange marmalade, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Add pork sukiyaki and onion into the mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add cooking oil.
- Add the marinated pork sukiyaki and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the green onions and crushed chili. Cook for another 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and a tiny bit of sesame oil. Best served hot!
